• Image of Cordelia

Cordelia, named after the daughter of King Lear in Shakespeare's play King Lear, is one of the smaller moons in the Solar System and is the innermost known moon of Uranus. Cordelia acts as a shepherd moon whose gravity keeps the particles that constitute Uranus' Epsilon ring from dispersing.

Fluid art acrylic painting on a 61x61cm stretched canvas (thick profile). Colour profile: blue, magenta, white, black.

The painting is hand crafted in Sydney and may have small signs of imperfections, which we consider part of its charm. This part of the handmade process is what makes all our creations unique.

While we try to capture the painting in natural lighting, different lighting can really transform the painting so a private viewing can be arranged locally.
