Elara

Elara is a moon that orbits round the planet Jupiter, named after one of Zeus's lovers. Elara belongs to the Himalia group, a group of prograde irregular satellites of Jupiter that are continuously changing due to solar and planetary perturbations.

The painting is hand crafted in Sydney and may have small signs of imperfections, which we consider part of its charm. This part of the handmade process is what makes all our creations unique.

While we try to capture the painting in natural lighting, different lighting can really transform the painting so a private viewing can be arranged locally.
